The ideal candidate will be an Analytical and Critical thinker with a demonstrated track record of performing highly detailed/technical work in an agile environment. The primary goal of this position is to be a Subject Matter Expert providing strategic and tactical recommendations on solutions/services relative to client’s goals. In addition, the ability to work independently, prioritize, collaborate, and provide actionable input for our internal teams (i.e. Product, Sales, Engineering, etc.) and Clients is a must in our everyday work environment.


We’re excited to announce Neustar has joined the TransUnion team as part of an acquisition that took place in late 2021. As part of the transition, there may be changes specific to the organizational alignment and title of this position. All other details of this position, such as job responsibilities, will not be impacted due to the transition. Neustar’s addition to TransUnion is leading to accelerated growth to our marketing, risk and communications businesses and furthers our data-oriented strategy.   • 1-3 Years’ experience at an Ad technology or Marketing company
  • Prior operational/implementation experience with, but not limited to, the following is a plus:
  • Social Media Platform Syndications
  • Data Management or Customer Data Platforms
  • Self Service User Interfaces
  • Multi-Touch Attribution
  • LiveRamp
  • Google
  • The Trade Desk
  • Impeccable organizational, operational, analytical, presentation, and project management skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
  • The role is remote

Impact You'll Make:

  • Will translate business requirements into technical use cases and data flows
  • Assist Product, Engineering, and Account teams in the architecture, planning, and governance of new and existing projects
  • Will synthesize information from multiple sources into a concise, coherent message
  • Will need to be a self-starter and be able to work in a team of employees with different disciplines in a fast-paced agile development environment
  • Should establish strong client relationships by understanding the account strategy to further enhance technical (and tactical) efforts
  • Will serve as post-sales technical subject matter expert to help drive adoption, utilization, and ROI through innovation in data-driven marketing tactics
  • Must be able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, and will deliver market feedback from customers to product/engineering
  • Will be the primary Onboarding Activation point of contact for all assigned accounts to manage customer’s technical inquires
  • Manages path to resolution for issues/QA/UI bugs with appropriate Product Manager/Engineering Groups

Pay Scale Information :

The salary range for this position is $68,195.00 - $111,800.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
