As an Agency Sales Recruiter at COUNTRY Financial, you’ll be responsible for driving candidate sourcing, screening, and selection activities through a variety of tactics, in partnership with our Agency field leaders and Sourcing Specialists, to attract top talent to our Insurance Agent and Financial Advisor career opportunities. This role is key in supporting the achievement of our agency sales work force goals. You are a highly motivated self-starter, who is collaborative, results minded, and has a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience leveraging sourcing tools, local market partnerships, referral sources and networks is key to success in this role. You will track candidate activity throughout the full life cycle recruiting process, anticipating recruitment opportunities, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience from first contact through contract date. Additionally, you will partner with field leaders and management advising on targeted recruiting practices.

This position allows full-time remote work.

  • Drives interest and awareness to the Insurance Agent and Financial Advisor roles, attracting top talent to the organization, by actively sourcing, screening and selecting candidates through effective networks, sourcing platforms, and other tactics.
  • Contributes to the organizational sales work force goals through effective sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Partners with field leaders to advise of targeted recruiting practices to further diversify our agency sales workforce.
  • Creates a memorable candidate experience and positive impression of our brand

Do you have what we’re looking for?

  • Demonstrated experience with successful execution of direct sourcing methodologies and tools (i.e., internet sourcing, networking, cold calling, research, etc.)
  • Ability to prequalify and present initial opportunity and value proposition to identified candidates.
  • Applicant tracking system and/or candidate relationship management (CRM) system experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Comfortable partnering with various levels of leadership and executives and working on a virtual team.
  • Ability to work outside of normal working hours and capacity to travel occasionally is required for this position.
  • Typically requires 4 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
