The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing projects within the portfolio of Talent Acquisition (TA) strategic priorities. The portfolio of projects is focused on improving TA processes, elevating delivery of services, aligning responsibilities and roles appropriately, etc. This role is part of the TA Innovation & Solutions team working across US and USI, all types of hire and businesses. 

  

Responsibilities include

  • Manage TA projects aimed at designing for the future to continually improve recruitment processes and innovate delivery of services
  • Work with TA Innovation & Solutions leadership on the prioritization and development of projects aligned to driving results against TA business imperatives • Serve as an expert advisor in TA-related strategies and develops best practices and solutions
  • Represent TA on Talent-related transformational efforts to ensure TA processes are part of the strategy, design, and implementation
  • Manage program/project charters including vision, governance model, high-level scope, goals, benefits, risk/issue management, change management and success metrics
  • Develop and manage the success metrics across transformational projects for the TA channel
  • Manage resources on various projects, staffing projects appropriately and ensuring resourcing to deliver
  • Manage program dependencies between projects and milestones 
  • Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall project health 
  • Develop and maintain a structured communications and change plan for individual projects and help structure overall Transformation plan 
  • Collaborate across TA Innovation & Solutions teams as well as TA on projects The team The Talent Acquisition team collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle recruitment recruiting services. Teams are aligned by business and type of hire - campus, experienced and Partner/Principal/Managing Director recruiting. This role sits on the TA Innovation & Solutions team within Talent Acquisition. 

  

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related area or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience 
  • Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a strong understanding of recruitment processes including technologies
  • Experience managing complex, strategic solutions, being accountable for execution and outcomes
  • Minimum of 2 years TA project experience 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States 

  

Desirable: 

  • Experience influencing leaders and driving decision-making in a complex organization
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically 
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management, and change management skills 
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for audiences of all levels 
  • Ability to own and drive complex, strategic solutions, be accountable for execution and outcomes, and make impactful decisions
