Introduction to the team

The Regional Recruiting Manager will be responsible for the oversight and implementation of full-cycle recruitment of professionals and for the planning, organization, development, and implementation of all recruiting-related processes for our consulting region, which includes hiring into a variety of service lines, not limited to Advisory, Business Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, State and Local Tax, and Wealth Management. Recruiting team members execute their responsibilities in accordance with firm policy and provide proactive insight, guidance and support to the firm’s partner group and employees, helping to make Moss Adams an employer of choice.

Responsibilities:

  • Own successful relationships with key business leaders and serve as primary owner and driver of the recruitment strategy, consultation and education related to overall hiring. Influence firm-wide campus strategy and helps with execution
  • Responsible for resource planning, performance management for teams; mentor and supervise junior team members
  • Lead and/or provide support to projects in the people management arena, such as employment branding, metrics, recruiting systems/tools, etc.
  • Utilize the firm’s recruitment tools and processes to execute work flow, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), diversity policies and firm policies
  • Drive conversations with faculty regarding curriculum and advanced technology related to evolving candidate profile
  • Identify and attract top talent leveraging strategic sourcing strategies, paying particular attention to diverse candidate pools. Collaborate with region and office leadership to assess staffing needs, formulate search strategies, source and assess candidates and extend and close offers
  • Manage the communication of recruiting status, progress and strategies with leadership. Provide relevant data and metrics to inform key decisions with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Maintain a constant and steady focus on the marketplace and disseminate competitive intelligence
  • Lead firmwide programs, initiatives and other ad hoc projects/programs as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in HR or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting or related experience in a complex organization required, including demonstrated involvement with building and leading high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture; experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status)
  • Working knowledge of recruiting systems/tools (e.g. Taleo) preferred
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlines
  • Ability to understand problems, think critically and identify creative solutions
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively across departments while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 20%

This is the typical range of pay for the position; however, actual pay may vary based on experience, skillset, and location. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation Range : Compensation range for Greater Seattle Area: $109,000-$123,000 Compensation range for Washington State (Excluding Greater Seattle Area): $104,000-$117,000 Compensation range for Greater Bay Area: $124,000-$139,000 Compensation range for California State (Excluding Greater Bay Area): $111,000-$125,000 Compensation range for Colorado: $104,000-$117,000
