Our platform is an essential piece of the daily work for machine learning engineers, from academic research institutions like FAIR and UC Berkeley to massive enterprise teams including iRobot, OpenAI, Toyota Research Institute, Samsung, NVIDIA, Salesforce, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Lyft, and more.


We’re looking to expand our team to include an experienced Recruiter who will strategically partner with our G&A hiring managers to build and diversify our staff. We are eager to grow and looking for someone who can navigate our G&A hiring needs and is adept in storytelling, sourcing, and excels at running a best-in-class recruiting process.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leaders across Finance, Legal, HR, and Marketing to set strategy and consistency in their hiring.
  • Support full cycle hiring and operations for G&A roles; from sourcing and screening, through debriefs and offer negotiations.
  • Review and align job postings in partnership with hiring managers, PeopleOps and Finance.
  • Manage candidate experience with a focus on providing excellent facilitation throughout the hiring process that respects both candidates and internal hiring partners.
  • Maintain dynamic and accurate records/data in our applicant tracking system, Lever.
  • Creatively and proactively source candidates using a variety of means, using data to measure your work, prioritize time, and inform efficiency.
  • Partner with our colleagues across W&B to identify creative ways to engage talent and build our employer brand.
  • Own offer approvals, offer letters, communication around hire, and gracefully closing out candidates who are no longer in consideration.
  • Help track and manage recruitment metrics, including providing weekly status reports, providing cost/time to hire, and quality per hire metrics to measure the cost and effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a full cycle recruiter in SaaS, Machine Learning, Data, AI, or developer tooling industries.
  • Experience with hiring in-house for Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams.
  • Proficiency in managing a recruitment process using an applicant tracking system (Lever), sourcing tools, Job ads, and processes/procedures/data keeping (Notion, Google Sheets).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work autonomously, and the ability to know when to ask for help.
