Talent Acquisition Manager
Full Job Description
This position is responsible for high volume, full-cycle staffing including sourcing, recruiting, screening, closing the deal, and leading the process. Prior experience hiring part-time, sales, enrollment, instructors is a plus.
Must be experienced in sourcing, social media, Boolean, and closing deals. Preferred candidates will also have the ability to enhance web pages on job boards. Innovative recruiting experience is a must.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with interviewing and evaluating teachers
- Experience with creative sourcing and building networks
- Experience in closing sales or job offers
- Experience in working with data-driven goals
Requirement:
- Working on either location; Northfield or Barrington offices. This is not a remote position.
Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, and pillars of Brightmont Academy.
Physical presence on the campus and/or corporate office is required as it is part of the essential function of the job. The particular job duties of this position may change based upon the needs of Brightmont Academy. Additional administrative duties may be assigned at the discretion of the supervisor. Brightmont Academy reserves the right to amend and change the responsibilities to meet its operational needs.
