Description
The Manager of Talent Acquisition leads team of recruiters in partnering with business units to deliver proactive talent acquisition strategies and support retention initiatives. Drive operational efficiencies of the talent acquisition department by creating and executing cost effective solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Effectively manage team of recruiters to drive performance and achieve recruitment operational efficiencies. Lead teams workforce planning efforts by working closely with hiring leaders, operations team and HR partners. Partners with senior leadership team, business owners (VPs, Directors & HRD/Ms.) and the recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment strategies to directly drive staffing efficiencies and reduce overtime & agency utilization on teams areas of responsibilities. Act as a subject matter expert for talent acquisition and serves as a consultant to both the recruiting team and the hiring departments on talent acquisition and HR related matters. Develop and execute creative strategies to build strong talent pipeline within teams areas of assignments. Lead and drive process improvement initiatives for the talent acquisition department. Work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and execute recruitment branding and marketing initiatives. Work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and execute strategies to ensure positive candidate experience. Support the execution of organization and HR goals. Prioritizes and effectively manages the teams areas of assignments. Source and recruit for senior leadership and specialty positions. Role models behaviors of service excellence and CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Expertise). Performs all other related job duties as assigned.
Education
Bachelor's degree in related field is required
Experience
Generally requires 5 to 7 years of related experience. Management experience is required.
License/Certification
Valid license or certification is required as needed, based on the job or specialty.
Knowledge/Skill/Abilities
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with critical thinking and professional composure. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment. Knowledge and skill in use of job appropriate technology and software applications.
Physical Demands
Job function is sedentary in nature and requires sitting for extended periods of time. Function may require frequent standing or walking. Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Jobs in this group are required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: extended use of computers, preparing and analyzing data and analytics, and other components of a typical office environment. Work Environment
Jobs in this group are required to function in a fast paced environment with occasional high pressure or emergent and stressful situations. Function is subject to inside environmental conditions, with occasional outdoor exposures. Possible exposure to various environments such as: communicable diseases, toxic substances, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to a hospital and medical office environment. May wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves or a mask when exposed to hospital environment outside of office.
