American Elevator Group (AEG) company is a collection of well-established elevator service companies operating across the United States. Backed by Arcline Investment Management, AEG has a significant footprint in the elevator industry and is rapidly growing. We are looking to add a talented Talent Acquisition individual to our corporate HR team as we build a new, centralized recruitment team.

In this critical role, the Talent Acquisition Manager will managing multiple projects including ATS build-out, developing a Candidate Value Proposition, managing our HR Social Media accounts (Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn) and sourcing and screening for a variety of hourly and salaried positions.

Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of TA experience either in a corporation or agency - preferably you have worked in both, but corporate experience is more valued. You should possess good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate hiring managers to move quickly on their openings. Previous ATS experience as well as creative recruitment methods for high-volume hourly and salaried jobs is necessary.
